We can save you even more time by doing all your laundry, including socks, underwear, jeans, pants, t-shirts, workout gear, kids' and baby clothes, towels, bed sheets, and more. Between dry cleaning and our wash and fold service, you can literally never do your own laundry again.

We can launder anything you would put into your water washing machine and clothes dryer at home. Please note: we cannot accept any wet items for this service. All items must be dry when received.

Our wash and fold laundry bags are free to you. These bags hold up to 21 lbs. of clothes, which is about 3-4 full loads. Pick one up today at your nearest Max I. Walker location. Fill the bag and pay only $39.99 to have your laundry washed, dried and folded. When you fill your laundry bag, please note that the drawstring on the bag must be able to be cinch all the way closed. If it won't, please remove some items before dropping off.

Wash & Fold FAQs

1Is the price always the same?
Yes. The wash and fold service is a flat fee, regardless of weight or the number of items inside the bag. Please ensure when filling your bag that the drawstring will cinch all the way closed. If the drawstring will not fully close when you drop off, some items will need to be removed until it can close all the way before we are able to accept the bag.
2What kind of soap do you use?
We use a Free & Clear laundry detergent with no added fragrances and ingredients that are gentle on sensitive skin. No dryer sheets are used. While our standard laundry products have no added fragrance, the ingredients do have a faint scent. Most customers are unable to detect this scent, even if they are sensitive to smells. However, if you would like us to exclude any product that contains a scent, please request that your order be processed as "totally fragrance free" when you drop off your laundry.
3What if I bring items of different colors?
We will sort your items by color, and only wash alike items together to prevent color transfer. We wash all items in cold water, to minimize color fading.
4Does everything go in the dryer?
All Wash & Fold items are tumble dried on a low heat setting.
5Do you only fold the clothes after they are washed and dried?

Customers have two options for finishing. The default way clothes will be returned is folded. However, if you prefer your clothes to be rolled (for fast packing in a suitcase), we can easily accommodate this. Please be sure to mention this special request when you drop off your wash dry fold order.

We are unable to hang any clothing on hangers; we do not recommend that items that should be hung to avoid wrinkling (such as button-down dress shirts) be sent to Wash & Fold.

6Do you iron these clothes?
No. These clothes are not steamed or pressed after laundering. Only dry cleaned garments and shirt laundry include pressing. Wash & Fold items will, however, be folded straight out of the dryer to prevent wrinkling.
7How is shirt laundry different from this laundry?

"Shirt laundry" refers specifically to men's and women's cotton (or cotton blend) collared, button-down-front, button-cuff shirts, like those you wear alone or with a suit, or maybe with a tie.

Professionally processed shirt laundry does not go into a clothes dryer, so it should always be turned in with dry cleaning and not Wash & Fold laundry.

8Can I put dry cleaning items in with this laundry?

If we find an item that should not be laundered in your wash dry fold bag, it will automatically be dry cleaned instead at the normal rate.
