Friendly service with a smile. I like this location , parking reserved for customers and easy to drive in and out. I always have a good experience when I go to drop off and when I pick up. It really makes my day when businesses treat their customers with a friendly and good attitude.

The Max I Walker’s on Underwood, in Omaha is fabulous! They took time to look carefully at the garments I brought and discuss the stains on them. There was only one stain, among the many things I brought them, which remains and even that stain is so faded now, you can hardly see it. Very Impressed.

Max I. Walker is just amazing. My company partners with them for convenient pick-up and drop-off right at work. They do a phenomenal job of taking care of laundry, but better yet, they are great communicators. Michaela, specifically, was awesome! She was so good about calling and asking questions to make sure the right care was taken for cleaning my varsity jacket. She was clear about cost and expectations and I just really appreciate her effort. You guys rock!

Short staffed due to weather and still super quick turnaround

I’ve used Max I Walker at 158th & W Maple for many years. Always quick, professional, and courteous service regardless of what I have done. Now that I am retired, I don’t use their dry cleaning services as much but I was pleased to receive the same great service even though today was just for pressing a couple of items.
