Great same day turn around on my garments.

I had a very difficult stain on a nylon jacket. Although the stain could not be totally removed, I really appreciate the efforts that were tried. I figured if Max I. Walker can’t remove it, nobody can. Lady I spoke with was honest about the challenge and she was very friendly. I was very pleased with my experience.

I cannot believe how incredibly easy this location was for me dropping off two uniforms. There’s a drive through and someone comes out to meet you. I was expecting about 3-4 days wait as it’s what I’m used to, but I got a text the next day saying my stuff was ready.

Always friendly and helpful. Go the extra mile to make sure everything is great and I am aware. I highly recommend as a drycleaner!

Drive through at the Elkhorn store is very easy to drop off. Also… two day turnaround less is tough to beat.

I have never received better service! I had a special shirt that I’ve been waiting for several years to fit into. I finally lost enough weight to try it on, and it looked amazing with the exception of the big stain in the front. I took it and Emil and Vicky Took the time to talk to me about how the rhinestones may come off, but they will give it a try without hurting my garment. I came back to pick it up and the stubborn stain was still there. Vicki suggested I called the next day and ask for Misty. Misty told me she had some more tricks of her sleeve and to bring it back. Whatever magic Misty did, I have a stain free shirt That looks amazing on meI cannot wait to wear at my business trip in Miami. These three ladies are the best! They’re pleasant every time I see them and let’s not forget Vicky even offered to give me her cowboy Christmas hat . If that’s not amazing customer service I don’t know what is and I’m in sales. Thanks again!

Max I. Walker Elkhorn consistently performs quality cleaning for my suits done same or next day every time and the personnel are always courteous. I appreciate the weekly Wednesday Savings Day when we have a quantity of dry cleaning to drop off.

The most incredible service I've ever experienced in my life. After a small hiccup over hours, the manager went above and beyond to help me. If I could give this manager michelle a billion stars for going above and beyond to help me I would!!!! They have customers for life with me!!!!!

Brought in a pair of slacks with a stain on them. Explained the stain, and when I got them back, it was still there. Showed the manager on site and she was able to take it out completely. Would have been better to catch it the first time, but Still very satisfied.
